1. Likhat Service
Likhat is a digital platform designed to facilitate the creation, signing, and storage of mutual
agreements and transaction records. Likhat provides the tools for documentation but does not act as a
witness, party, or legal authority in any agreement.
Legal Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and legal validity of the agreements you
create or sign using Likhat.
- Praxi Systems / Likhat expressly disclaims all liability for any legal disputes, financial losses,
or consequences arising from agreements recorded on the platform.
- Likhat does not provide legal advice or enforcement services. Agreements made here are private
contracts between the participating parties.
2. User Conduct & Lawful Use
- You agree to use the app only for lawful activities within the jurisdiction of Pakistan.
- You must provide truthful and accurate identification (CNIC, phone number) to maintain the integrity
of the platform.
- Any form of impersonation, fraud, or misuse of the platform for illegal transactions will result in
immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
3. Intellectual Property
The Likhat app, including its proprietary technology, design, logos, and software, is the sole property
of Praxi Systems. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended
purpose. Unauthorized copying, reverse-engineering, or commercial exploitation of Likhat is strictly
prohibited.
4. General Provisions
Changes to Terms
Praxi Systems reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant
changes through the app. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised
terms.
