When You CAN Delete

  • You have no active agreements in progress.
  • All your past agreements are completed, cancelled, or closed by all parties.
  • You do not have any pending verification requests.

When You CANNOT Delete

  • You are currently a party to an ongoing agreement.
  • The other party requires the record for mutual proof.
  • You have unresolved financial or service disputes within the platform.
⚠️ Reason: To prevent the loss of shared records and preserve legal integrity for all participating parties.

Data Handling Breakdown

When an account is deleted, we apply the following treatment to your data to maintain platform integrity:
